Items purchased online can be returned for a full refund or exchange to Bluewater Plumbing, subject to the return policy below.

Bring your item/items with a copy of your online confirmation to Bluewater Plumbing within 30 days.  Merchandise must be returned in unused, like new condition. 

Gift certificates, coupons and store credit cannot be returned for cash, credit, or cheque.

Bluewater Plumbing reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for return.

Bluewater Plumbing reserves the right to refuse a return on certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

Bluewater Plumbing will only accept return of merchandise purchased from Bluewater Plumbing.

Store Pick up

Bluewater Plumbing is committed to the health and safety of our customers, employees, and their families.  Online orders can be picked up at our front desk or curb side.

After you receive an email confirming your order is ready, please proceed to the store for front desk or curb side pick up.  Remember to bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
